Key Responsibilities:
The Corporate Associate will be responsible for managing various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and financing transactions. The candidate will leverage a strong foundation in corporate law to structure, negotiate, and guide deals through completion.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, with active bar membership in New Jersey.
- Four years of corporate experience at a reputable law firm or within an in-house legal department.
- Demonstrated transactional experience, with an emphasis on M&A, joint ventures, and financing.
- Strong negotiation and drafting abilities.
